Narottama Panitz
Narottama Panitz is a Maryland-based, award-winning filmmaker, AI artist, and creative director whose work blends science fiction, dark humor, music, and big philosophical questions. Raised in a Hare Krishna ashram and later trained in audio engineering at Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts, he brings an outsider’s curiosity and a musician’s ear to visual storytelling. His work ranges from cinematic branded films to pixel-art worlds inspired by classic 1990s point-and-click adventure games.
Using generative AI as a filmmaking medium, Panitz creates commercials, music videos, narrative shorts, and social-first content. His clients and collaborators include CSI creator Anthony E. Zuiker, Primary Wave Music, Courtney Taylor-Taylor of The Dandy Warhols, producer Donovan Leitch, and AI creative director Luca Babini. He has also created six music videos for Triangle Afrobeat Orchestra.
