Kyle Confehr – NEON District Mural

Kyle Confehr was selected to paint the mural for the NEON District in Norfolk, Virginia. Titled, “The Kindness of Strangers”, it is the biggest mural that he has completed so far and pays homage to the lively NEON District, showcasing Kyle’s positive experience with the community. He aimed to reciprocate the love he received from the city through this mural and received an overwhelmingly positive and supportive response.

Kyle’s work blurs the boundaries between art and graffiti, intricately blending nostalgia, humor, and personal experiences into rich and elaborate pieces.
